First visit to America, first visit to Florida, and what an experience!! Something to keep us smiling around every corner. We did theme parks sprinkled with other Floridian attractions - but all this enjoyment has been topped by the spacious, comfortable and homely villa. A joy to return to each evening, fantastic to enjoy breakfast around the pool. Thank you Chris & John, we have had an unforgettable holiday here. Can't wait to return with our children and grandchildren to enjoy this fantastic place.

This is not our first visit to Florida but it is certainly the best villa so far. We have really enjoyed the holiday and the villa has provided us plenty of space for all. We had 6 adults in our party. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and enjoyed by all. We will recommend your villa to anyone we hear of planning to holiday in Florida. Thanks!

We were not prepared for such a lovely villa! We have had two glorious weeks of sun and fun. The villa is well-equipped and very comfortable in a perfect location. Ingredients for a perfect day are: sat on a patio watching the sunrise, followed by a hard day's sightseeing, finishing with a swim in the 'heated' pool and a glass of wine in the hot tub. Thank you to Christine and John - we will be back. (Two locations which should be a must for anyone are 'Silver Springs' and 'Mount Dora'.)

Have had an enjoyable holiday, love swimming pool, able to relax and enjoyed the sunshine. Went to see Busch Gardens and Sea World - very good and not forgetting Epcot and the fireworks - GREAT. Villa is very nice and more space than I knew what to do with!

Great villa - a peaceful retreat from the parks. Having stayed at Disney and I-Drive hotels, definitely the better way to relax and enjoy Orlando. Everything worked as it should, although if you can figure out which light switch turns on which light you're a cleverer person than me (Dad). Best wishes to all who stay here.

We all had a wonderful vacation! Your villa is so beautiful. Our husbands leanred how to swim in the beautiful pool and at night we would relax in the spa. The children enjoyed every minute in the pool. Excellent location! Thanks for the vacation!!!

What a great villa and pool. We all felt completely at home here. 'Alligators Unlimited' a must - fantastic trips. We did the 3 hours and breakfast. Didn't want to finish - showed you the real Florida.
