The rental charge includes all of the following:

Pool Heating (recommended October thru April) - $25 per day.

There is a travel cot and booster seat available for use in the villa, but full-size cots and high chairs are available for hire on request. There is also a stroller in the villa for the convenience of guests with small children. A safety deposit box and a number of other optional extras are also available at a small extra charge. Please ask for details.

Rental Rates - Prices are shown per week (7 nights) in US dollars for arrivals on or between the dates shown. Where rentals cross date bands, prices are pro-rata. Prices quoted are for use of the villa, not per person.

Prices are quoted in US$. Conversions into £ Sterling and Euros are provided as a guide only (based on rates at time of publishing) and can be confirmed at the time of booking depending on the exchange rate at that time. Please contact us for the up to date situation when making your booking.

2012 Rates:

Many prices held or even reduced for 2012 – Check the website calendar to see which dates are still available.

These prices do not include pool heating, normally priced at $25 (£15) per day.
Payment may be made in US$ or GB£.

2013 Rates:
NB: Many prices have remained the same as 2012. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Shorter stays may be available, but may incur an additional housekeeping fee of $80.

Normally a 10% deposit is required on booking, the remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival. For stays booked 10 weeks or less in advance, the full payment will be required on confirmation of booking.

Subject to availability, late bookings, ie within 21 days or less of the arrival date, may be offered a discount off the total payment.
Stays of 3 weeks or longer may attract a special preferential discount, please ask for an individual quote.

Payments can be made in US Dollars or GB£, either by personal check/ cheque or via PayPal (GB£ only). Payments via PayPal will incur an additional charge of 3% of the total cost. (‘Total cost’ includes any discounts or additional charges.)

Our preferred method of payment is personal check/cheque, payable to J M & C S Palmer, and either sent to our Bank in Florida or to our home address in the UK (Internet transfer is also available). Details will be supplied on confirmation of booking. Payment may also be made using PayPal, but please confirm booking and availability with us prior to making payment. Please note that payment through PayPal will incur a 3% surcharge.
