The Property

Our luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is located in a quiet community in the Davenport area, which is about 10-15 minutes from the Disney and other Theme Parks.

It is situated off the US-27 and one mile from the junction of the Interstate 4, the gateway to all the excitement the Orlando area has to offer. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, and Sanford Airport approximately 60-minutes.

The bright, fresh, air-conditioned accommodation sleeps up to 8 people (10 by using the sofabed in the lounge) and consists of two master bedrooms (each with en suite facilities), one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a third shower room and an additional WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. There are also laundry facilities with a full size washer and separate dryer.

Additional dining space is provided by an attractive corner nook which would also be ideal as a quiet area for the children.

The lounge area has a TV/DVD player, two sofas (one converts to a double bed) and an easy chair. It is a very light and spacious room, which overlooks the pool.

Children of all ages are well catered for:

	If you are bringing young children, there is a travel cot, stroller and booster seat available for your use, at no extra charge. Teenagers (and adults!) will enjoy the pool table / table tennis table and the darts board.

Outside is a 28-foot screened pool, spa and a spacious pool deck. Pool heating can be arranged on request at an additional cost. This is recommended October through March. On the pool deck there is plenty of pool furniture on which to relax.

For the safety of young children, there is a mesh fence extending the full width of the patio. This can be removed if the party is all-adult.

We have recently inserted hand-rails leading into the swimming pool and hot tub, to improve access and safety for our guests, particularly older visitors, children or anyone with impaired mobility. The photo also shows the mesh safety fence, which can be folded back if required.
	A charcoal barbecue is provided for your use (stored in the garage).

Wireless Broadband (WiFi) now available

The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and again after your departure. Extra cleans can be requested at additional cost. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
